Elise Gribble, the Headteacher at Our Lady's Catholic Primary School in Wellingborough, shares with us her journey of improving her school's safeguarding culture, with a real focus on the child's voice, training for support staff and the importance of being up-skilled herself so that she has the confidence to lead safeguarding which then instilled confidence in others within her school community.
